What is inside the member’s area?

Are the movies full movies?
Yes, unless you specifically search for trailers, all movies are full versions.

Are there any compatibility problems? Will I have to change my PSP's firmware?

What about the games? What games do you have?
Unless you specifically search for demos, all games are full versions. Our database network is the most extense on the Internet. Chances are you will find what you are looking for. This network is updated at least once every two days.

How much does it take to download a movie? Is it a complicated process?
Searching and downloading a movie is not at all a complicated process, and our services guarantee fast downloads even if you use a regular 56K internet connection. Obviously, using a broadband connection will give you a much faster download experience. You will use the same process to search and download other items as well.

What are the differences among the possible memberships?
Both memberships give you access to the same content.

How can I enjoy my downloads on my PSP?
You will need to download your items to your computer first and then you will transfer them to your PSP. All you need is included in your membership, including software, a very easy to follow tutorial and even videos on how to do this. It's very easy and the only thing you need is a regular USB cable and use the transfer software we provide.

Will I be able to enjoy the movies on my computer?
Certainly! The movies you will download can be played in your computer as well.

What is the memory card size that you recommend?
Obviously, the bigger the better, but for a start you only need a regular sized memory card. The software we provide will fit any movie to your memory card during the transfer process.

Will I be able to record my movies as well?
Yes. The movies can be recorded on to DVD or CD and then played on any home DVD system.

Will you provide movies recording and playing software?
Yes. It is included.

Does it matter that I connect to the internet through a proxy?
In most cases, no. However, we advise you to contact your network administrator to do the needful, if any change is the network settings is required.

What about firewalls?
We always suggest that you unload your firewall especially when you do your first search. After that, our software will be recognized by the firewall and either will grant access automatically, or you will need to do it manually. We can help you with that.

How about your refund policy?
A very important matter: We offer a FULL WEEK refund guarantee. Your satisfaction is a priority and that's what refunds are for. Within the next week after you join us, you can simply contact us and ask for your refund if not satisfied, always including your receipt number so we can locate your payment.

How much time does it take to receive a refund?
We only take two days maximum to process a refund. However, since the charges are mostly made via credit card, you will probably need to wait until your bank clears the payment back to you. That part is beyond our control.

Do you accept other payment methods?
We accept all major Credit Cards on our secure payment gateway and also Paypal, Bank Wire, Telephone, Fax, or regular mail. Please note that any payment method other than Credit Cards or Paypal will not activate your account instantly.

Will I be billed again? Is this a subscription?
Memberships fees are rebilled for their membership length (monthly or yearly). Our members are confronted with surprise charges. Our members do not pay per download.
